Schon 6100B CE bridge cutter
Hydraulic press with a front / rear driving hammer designed for cutting various types of material from the die (leather, foam, cork, etc.)
Very fast and powerful - during operation, the machine is maintenance-free (we are only interested in the tool and the material being cut)

The machine is equipped with a clear, 3-language touch panel (Polish, English, German) with the following functions:
- reading the "0" point of the tool

- counter of performed cycles
- diagnostics of machine errors
The machine is in perfect technical condition after general renovation, which includes:
- replacement of all seals
- replacement of all bearings and rollers
- review of the hydraulic and mechanical system
- completely redesigned and made electrics of the machine with protective barriers, safety relays and PLC panel
- painting and maintenance
