Description
Sandt 530 CE bridge cutting machine
Hydraulic press with a front/rear driving hammer designed for cutting various types of material from a die (leather, foam, cork, etc.)
Very fast and strong - the machine is maintenance-free during operation (we are only interested in the tool and the material being cut)

Max stroke: 165mm
Max clearance between hammer and table: 190mm
The machine is equipped with a clear, 3-language touch panel (Polish, English, German) with functions such as:
- reading point "0" of the tool
- force regulation
- table height adjustment after cutting
- automatic/manual work
- counter of cycles performed
- machine error diagnosis
The machine is in perfect technical condition after a general renovation, which includes:
- replacement of all seals
- replacement of all bearings and rollers
- inspection of the hydraulic and mechanical system
- completely newly designed and constructed machine electrics, including protective barriers, safety relays and a PLC panel
- painting and maintenance
