Sagitta MRG 4 Automatic machine for simoultaneous application of Speed Lace Hooks with Rivet and Washer
Description
Three PLC controlled feeding systems.
When the pedal is pressed, the Speed Lace Hook is applied with Rivet and Washer.
Feeder for Speed Lace Hooks complete with vibrating unit which moves and directs the Speed Lace Hooks to the application area.
Feeder for Washers complete with rotating cup which conveys the washers to the dedicated area under the upper.
Feeder for Rivets complete with rotating cup which directs the correctly oriented rivets into a channel equipped with selector. The rivet guided by the plier applies the Speed Lace Hooks on the upper and enters the underneath washer before being riveted.
The simoultaneous application of Speed Lace Hooks with Rivet and Washer is controlled by PLC.
