Cerim K174 - Automatic, Programmable Shoe Grinder
The K174 is a fully computerized, front-loading, single-head, dual-station machine that can perform two operations on the bottom of a shoe using two independent tools operating alternately.

Programmability
PROGRAMMABLE FIFTH AXIS:
The K174 is the only machine of its type that allows the rough grinding brush and the tamping roller to work in the same direction as the shoe is processed on manual machines, i.e. parallel to the upper.
The fifth axis allows the working head to be tilted, ensuring excellent results over the entire edge of the insole and effective processing of shoes with very high heels and therefore very narrow areas of the metatarsus.
Roughing operation allowing different pressures and speeds at any programmed point and different speeds for the toes, sides and heel seat.
Immediate and independent programming and correction for the right and/or left shoe.
Automatic brush grinding and height adjustment.
Very high efficiency.
Touch screen programming system.
