Small, compact shoe heel molding machine

Hot-cold system

The right side, with a heated last and a heated silicone pad, heats the heel. Then, on the left side, with a cooled last, the actual molding is performed by evenly pressing the upper onto the last using an inflatable pressure pad.

Both sides are equipped with tongs for stretching the upper onto the last.

The machine is equipped with:

- adjustable temperature for the warm pad

- adjustable temperature for the warm last

- adjustable cycle time for the left and right sides

- adjustable upper tension force

- adjustable air pressure in the cold pad
