Galli FC2E.AP Leather Belt Grinding and Polishing Machine
This multifunctional machine is specifically designed for finishing the edges of belts and straps. The operator places the leather in the machine, which is automatically fed to the first set of wheels to round the edge. The second set polishes the edge smooth and clean. These milling and/or brushing units are electronically controlled, with optional waxing units. The wheels are interchangeable to meet product and material requirements. The workstations are equipped with a vacuum cleaner. The AP end brushing unit, located at the front of the machine, can be used to finish the ends or tails before the belt is fed through the machine.
