A machine in the 9-pincer version with extended nailing.

It has a divided glue injection crown, the rear part of which adapts to the right and left shoe, and to the height of the inclination of the last.

The pressing templates have so-called ramps, which allow for pressing on a greater length of the shoe, and in the midfoot it has elastic straps for tightening the upper.

The nailing machine has a heel press with additional paws holding the threshold of the last, this stabilizes the last during the entry of the pressing templates, and during the downward movement of the heel pressing does not cause the upper to slide off the heel of the last.

Additional functions:

Switching off the last pair of pincers - in the case of a smaller size group or when nailing a shoe with a very high inclination where the front part of the last is very short, using this function closes and lowers the last pair of pincers.

Upper tip grip switch - allows for closing either the tip forceps alone or together with the first pair in the first nailing cycle.

Additional machine modifications not included in the standard version:

Second control pedal - allows for correcting, pushing the last after grabbing the upper and pulling the forceps. Pressing during the second phase of nailing unlocks the heel pressure, opens the paws and retracts the pressure. Then the closed forceps return to the upper position, loosening the tension of the upper, while the last support retracts to the lower position. Releasing the pedal returns all tools to the position of the second phase of nailing in the appropriate order.

Two-handed buttons - in accordance with applicable safety requirements, we use two-handed buttons instead of the control pedal for the third stage of nailing.

Pressing template descent limiter - the machine has been equipped with a pneumatically activated function that limits the descent of the pressing templates. We use it when nailing very narrow tips when we do not want deeply driven templates to damage the upper. The machine also has a standard function for regulating the depth of the templates, but it is often insufficient.

Separation of counter-pressures - the serially produced machine is equipped with three counter-pressure adjustments. Successively, it concerns the tip and the first pair, then the second and third pair and finally the fourth, last pair of tongs. The modification consists in separating the tip and the first pair, which receive separate regulators. This function is useful when nailing square tips of the upper and for tips with a sharp shape. In the first case, to avoid breaking the upper on sharp corners of the last, we loosen the first pair of tongs during ironing while maintaining the grip on the toe with the first tong. In the second case, we use the opposite settings so as not to break the upper on the tip of the last.

Strengthening the heel pressure - a larger than standard heel pressure locking actuator has been used. Useful when hobnailing work boots or other heavy types. Prevents the heel pressure from retracting when the ironing templates descend.
