Stema TS34 Warm stabilization tunnel heating tunnel shoe machines

Description

Stema TS34

Four-chamber ironing tunnel

The TS34 ironing tunnel has evolved from traditional ironing tunnels.

With this machine, STEMA can offer an innovative tool that is both flexible and safe, to raise the standard of footwear produced to an absolute level.

Thanks to the use of special software and a control panel that works with the machine, up to 10 custom programs can be configured, covering the entire range of materials to be processed.

The temperature and steam parameters in the first chamber and the temperature in the second chamber are set in relation to production and as it changes, the temperatures and steam are adjusted automatically.

The machine goes through its cycle in two distinct, separate phases, in which the temperature and humidification variables are distinguished and controlled separately.

The tunnel, which is much longer than the standard one, has a first chamber dedicated to humidification and ironing, and the stabilization is free from moisture, and the temperature is set independently of the temperature in the first chamber.

In this case, all skin defects are eliminated by perfect adhesion to the first one and stabilization on it.

When removing the footwear, it is blown with room temperature air to restore its optimal temperature for further operations.

The machine is in very good technical condition - removed from production
