SPS 525 EDRA CE
A fully automatic, motorized eyeleting machine with a double magazine, particularly suitable for large-volume eyeleting on materials such as leather, plastic, fabric, and more. This fully automatic, self-piercing eyeleting machine with a double magazine.
The 525.EDRA simultaneously drills and installs the eyelet and backing. By eliminating magazines, the machine can only drill the eyelet. This eyeleting machine is equipped with an electronic control unit that allows the operator to set one or more application programs. Once the desired number of eyelets is reached, the machine stops automatically.
The eyelets are fed via a feeder. The distance between the eyelet centers can be adjusted from 13 mm to 35 mm. The eyeleting machine is powered by an electric motor; a dedicated foot pedal activates the machine. The machine pierces the upper section, installs the eyelets, and simultaneously transports them to the exact position for the next application.
