Description
SPS 6900 CE - ringer, automatic eyelet machine
Motorized eyelet machine with fully automatic operation, material transport and stroke counter with electronic programmer. This automatic eyelet machine automatically applies different types of eyelets, with shanks up to 8mm in diameter, changing the die channel and die assembly allows size changes.
The machine is equipped with an electronic control unit for setting the mesh application program, with automatic material transport when the desired number is reached, the machine stops. The eyes are fed by a vibrator. The distance between the center and center of the meshes can be adjusted from a minimum of 12 mm to a maximum of 30 mm.
The eyelet driven by an electric motor, controlled by an inverter system, is operated by a pedal, after pressing the punch pierces the material and transports it exactly to the place where the eyelet is to be placed.
Particularly suitable for applying eyelets in various industries such as: shoe factories, leather goods, paper processing, orthopedics and others.
Note When the machine is not in the application phase, the electricity consumption is zero.
