Sagitta RP NOVA V4 Computerised thermocementing and folding machine

Computerised thermocementing and folding machine with photocells and microprocessors. It is able to fit the requirements of any single operator since this machine is able to self store commands while making the first piece of work and then repeat these ones accurately leaving to the operator only the task to guide the piece of work. The RP NOVA V4 controls the glue flow very accurately and delivers it inside the folding, in thread shape. At the end of each working cycle, the machine stops with the hammer in an open position and sets in the automatic glue suction, preventing the glue from falling down on the upper and consequently stain it.

Sagitta FAS 7 BC Perforating Machine

Machine to make holes for shoe laces. It is possible to make the holes on both sides of uppers simultaneously and to select, by moving the pressing truck, the quantity of the holes to be made up to a maximum of 7 holes each side. It is possible to adjust the alignment of the holes by means of 2 levers on both sides of the machine head and by means of a knob placed on the right side of the machine. It is possible to adjust the distance between the holes from a minimum of abt 10 mm and a maximum of abt 19 mm. from a centre to another. The set of 7 perforators composed by punches and dies, can be selected among 10 different sizes from 1.8 mm and 4.8 mm.
