Schon 6100B CE Bridge Cutting Machine

A hydraulic press with a front/rear driving hammer designed to cut various types of material from a die (leather, foam, cork, etc.)

Very fast and powerful - during operation the machine is maintenance-free (we are only interested in the tool and the material being cut)

Max stroke: 150mm

Max clearance between the hammer and the table: 177mm

The machine is equipped with a clear, 3-language touch panel (Polish, English, German) in which we have such functions as:

- reading the "0" point of the tool

- force regulation

- table height adjustment after cutting

- automatic / manual operation

- cycle counter

- machine error diagnostics

The machine is in very good technical condition after full service in during which the following activities were performed:

- inspection of the hydraulic and mechanical system

- oil change

- completely redesigned and rebuilt machine electrics with protective barriers, safety relays and PLC panel

We attach the manufacturer's factory documentation, electrical diagram of the new electrical installation, CE declaration to the machine
