Description
This machine is pneumatic and is controlled electronically using the personalized CAD - CAM system.
The sticking operation is performed by placing the shoe upside down in the space provided on the table, with the sole facing upwards.
The machine can be operated AUTOMATICALLY or MANUALLY.
On AUTOMATIC, after the operator has placed the shoe in the right position and has removed his hands clear of the work area, the pad is lowered, thus sealing offthe press area completely. Pressurized air then fills the two chambers, in sequence and following the set programme. The programme can be modified according to the type of sole used.
On MANUAL, the shoe is placed in the correct position and, after the operator has removed his hands clear of the work area, the start button is pressed and the machine then work in the same way as when on automatic.
The machine has an easy-to-use device which gauges the height ofthe shoe.
It also offers an efficient safety system made up of a photoelectric barrier, stop button and an internal safety device for opening the doors, all with the aim of avoiding any potential accident which may occur during the machine's correct handling.
The machine has a front opening to facilitate the access to the lower area of the boot leg insertion in order to be able to grab the leg and pull it and to insert it completely, avoiding the last to tread the material with the support.
All materials used in its construction comply with EEC regulations and have been awarded the corresponding certificates ofguaramee.
